Lip augmentation
Lip augmentation can be done in two ways:
- The best known, with hyaluronic acid infiltrations (not definitive).
- The less well known is technically called lip everting. This is a small lip operation that allows the labial mucosa of one or both lips to be permanently removed.
Lip correction
There are a series of congenital or acquired alterations that affect the correct symmetry of the lips and their neighbouring structures.
In these cases of asymmetry, it is necessary to evaluate each of the structures in the area in order to determine the cause of the asymmetry and possible solutions.
Lip reduction
Lip reduction may be needed due to several factors:
- Large lips from birth
- People who have had silicone or biopolymers in the past
- People who have had hyaluronic acid and find their lips too large
Silicone and other substancies extraction
It is a delicate surgical procedure that requires experience and is performed by very few plastic surgeons in Spain. It consists of removing the products that caused deformities on the lips caused by aesthetic treatments that after a time have undergone a process of transmutation, displacement or swelling.
