Testicular prosthesis surgery

Increased penile girth

It can be achieved by filling the circumference of the penis with the patient’s own fat or with temporary fillers. It can be performed under local anesthesia or sedation and, depending on the case, can be carried out in 1 to 3 sessions until the patient’s desired diameter is achieved. With our long experience, we recommend the installation of a biological mesh.

Penis enlargement

Penis enlargement is performed in flaccidity, not in erection. By means of a simple surgery that allows to lengthen a few centimeters the extension of the organ at rest. It is performed under local anesthesia or sedation and on an outpatient basis. Recovery is relatively quick and painless.

Phimosectomy and penile incurvation

There are alterations in the shape of the penis, whether congenital or acquired, that require surgical correction. In these cases, each individual case must be evaluated in order to assess the problem and the different procedures for its adequate repair, either through circumcision or a plastic surgery to straighten the penis.

Reduction of excess scrotal skin

There are cases in which there is an excess of scrotal skin that can be unsightly or give an appearance of premature aging of the male genitals. The correction of this problem is surgical, eliminating the excess skin, thus elevating the very sagging or hanging testicles. It can be performed under local anesthesia or sedation and on an outpatient basis. Recovery is simple and does not affect the sensitivity or functionality of the area. The scars of the scrotum are very well concealed in the raphe or midline and are imperceptible.

Testicular prostheses

There are cases in which due to different causes, congenital or acquired, there is an absence of one or both testicles or cases in which the size of the testicle is very small. In these situations, repair of the defect is achieved through a prosthesis that is placed in the scrotal pouch to either correct the absence or increase the size. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia or sedation and on an outpatient basis; after surgery a jockstrap must be worn for a short time.

Lipolaser or liposuction of the pubic area

The pubic area often has excess volume at the expense of fatty tissue, which can give a visual appearance of decreased penis size that is not real, in turn this fatty tissue is not aesthetically correct, so making use of liposuction or lipolaser we can get to remove this fat and giving a desired appearance, which greatly improves the genital area. It is performed under local anesthesia or sedation and can take approximately 1 hour and on an outpatient basis.

Local and sedation

The discomfort that can be felt is very slight and with analgesics it is very bearable.

The results are immediately visible.

Same day since it is an outpatient surgery.

Normal sedentary life the next day. Gym, sports or sexual relations in approximately one month.

On the pubis it may be slightly noticeable if the patient shaves it completely. In testicles it is not noticeable because it is in the median raphe or midline that divides both testicles.

It is the surgery or treatment that allows to improve the size and shape of the penis and testicles. External genitalia play an important role in couple relationships, and self-perception plays an important role in the self-esteem and security of each individual.
